Photo Shoot Request
Please fill in and send the photo shoot request form. Available photographers will offer photo shoot prices.
Decide on a photographer
Choose the photographer who most closely matches your wishes from the candidates.
Contact
Before doing the shoot, please use the message function to contact the photographer who has decided to do the shoot.
Please inform the photographer in detail about what kind of photos you want to take, the shooting environment, etc.
The Shoot
Please meet directly with the photographer on the day of the shoot.
Please prepare the location and the subject of the shoot before the photographer`s scheduled arrival time, so that you can start when they reach the location
Delivery
We will deliver by the desired date. We will send you an email notifying you of the file download URL.
Payment
We will send you an invoice at the beginning of the following month after the shoot.
Please transfer the amount to the designated bank account by the end of that month.

A.We ask that you make your own arrangements for the shooting location.
You can request it in a memo space so that photographers with studios and/or studio access may offer.
A.Usually, we do not charge travel expenses.
On a case by case basis, transportation expenses may be charged at the actual cost depending on the location of the photographer and the shooting location.
A.Yes, as long as there is space in the photographer's schedule, we will accept the shoot, so please feel free to ask.
A.We do not accept cancellations unless there are special circumstances.

The schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, etc.

A.We will send an invoice to your billing address by the beginning of the following month after the shoot.
Please make a bank transfer by the end of that month.
A.Yes, the time of the shoot is from the preparation of the equipment at the location of the shoot to after the completion of equipment removal after the shoot.
A.We accept requests for changes up to 3 days in advance, depending on the weather forecast. If the event is cancelled, half the price will be refunded.
A.We ask that you provide your own accessories and backgrounds, but please feel free to contact us and discuss further.
A.The number of shots that can be delivered varies depending on the the content that was shot.
We will only deliver photos that meet certain standards in the inspection and are determined to be usable.
In addition, the fee is set according to the amount of time the shoot takes, so it will not change depending on the number of deliveries.
A.We will send you the download URL, so that you can download the file yourself.
A.When you select a photographer, in their offer it should include a presentation that includes the estimated delivery date.
A.We will deliver in JPG format at a size suitable for printing. If you want RAW development (unprocessed high-quality data), there will be an additional charge. Please contact us in advance.
A.We will adjust the color and brightness of all data from the shoot before delivery. If you wish to retouch or add additional editing, you may be charged a separate editing fee.
